The project consisted of milling and overlay of the parking lot adjacent to building 700 & 710, milling of existing pavement, repair base course (where required) and installation of new pavement overlay in the extents indicated on the new plans and in accordance with all project specifications. The project included geotechnical testing for all new pavement and concrete.
The project consisted of construction of all new training trails. These trails were needed to be able to withstand the massive weight and constant abuse from the tank track without sinking. BECC performed sub surface investigation and pavement design. The evaluation consisted of standard penetration test, dynamic cone penetration test, California barring, one dimensional consolidation, triaxial shear testing.
