Tony is a Project Engineer and serves the firm as the Division Manager for transportation. He has many years of experience performing and overseeing construction material testing and inspections on multiple projects.

He is proficient in soils, asphalt, and concrete sampling and testing in both the laboratory and field settings. Tony has storm water inspection and consultation services on several large construction sites. He has also written the Best Management Practices Plan (BMPP) and Spill Prevention and Countermeasures (SPCC) Plan to be implemented on larger scale constructions sites.

Tony attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
