01
ESA Phase I–III Services

BECC conducts Environmental Site Assessments (Phases I through III) for projects of any size, from remedial investigation and feasibility studies of hazardous waste sites to permit preparation and acquisition and wetlands delineation.

02
Asbestos Surveys

We document existing asbestos-containing materials, both friable and non-friable, with surveys performed in accordance with the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA). Where suspect materials may be disturbed, we advise the precautions needed to protect workers, public health, and the environment.

03
Underground Storage Tanks

Complete UST services to keep you compliant with state and federal requirements: site and geological assessments; UST excavation, disposal, and closure assessments; soil borings and groundwater well installation; and the access, cleaning, removal, and disposal of liquid from USTs.

04
Hazardous Waste Management

A wide range of hydrogeological and geotechnical consulting services for soil and groundwater contamination assessments and hazardous waste remedial action.

05
Stormwater Monitoring & NPDES

Any NPDES construction site that can affect state waters must be monitored by a Qualified Credentialed Professional, at least monthly and after every three-quarter-inch rain event.

BECC designs the Best Management Practices, files the Notice of Record, and performs the required BMP inspections throughout the project, each reviewed by a Professional Engineer. Our EPA-certified mobile turbidity unit analyzes receiving streams in the field, so corrections happen quickly, before pollution can occur. We have performed NPDES inspections for over ten years.
